Copyright Policy
Effective October 2026
Everything that makes up Vistyla belongs to us. You can use it as intended, but you may not copy it, rebuild it or use it to make a competing product.
What we own
Vistyla and everything in it is owned by Vistyla ("we"), unless stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:
- the Vistyla name, logo and brand
- our website, shopper app and staff app, and their design, text, images and videos
- QR product tags, virtual try-on, size suggestions and the fitting-room line
- our software, source code, APIs, databases and documentation
These are protected by Sri Lanka's Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003, and international copyright and trademark law. All rights reserved.
Using Vistyla
By using Vistyla, you agree to use it only as intended. Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, sell or publish any part of Vistyla
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract our code
- copy or imitate our design, features or ways of working, or use Vistyla as a model for a competing product
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content from Vistyla
- use any part of Vistyla to train AI models
Your content
Your photos stay yours. You allow us to use them only to provide the feature you asked for, such as a try-on preview, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party content
Retailers' names, logos and product images belong to their owners. Some fonts and software we use are provided by others under their own licences.
If something is misused
If you break this policy, we may block your access, remove the content and take legal action under Sri Lankan law.
If you believe something on Vistyla infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will look into it and remove it if needed.
Changes and law
We may update this policy and will show the new effective date at the top. It is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
